Hub Mission
The North Shore Climate Hub is made up of several local community climate action groups and individuals and unites civil society, business, government, and the citizens of each of the regional districts in our community around a vision of carbon neutrality.
The right to a healthy environment is recognized in more than 110 countries, but not yet in Canada. This must change, along with the right for mother earth herself to exist and for her ecosystems to thrive.
The Hub provides support for citizens to collectively express their eagerness to transition to a more efficient, healthy & sustainable economy. Municipalities are key in the fight against climate change.
Our teams use positive activations, events, and campaigns that are designed to break through municipal barriers and create a larger voice to incite parades of change in our governance and laws to achieve a clean and healthy mother earth for future generations.
